MTI works hard to ensure the building envelope components all work together as intended so the project can have a successful completion.

MTI offers pre-construction services such as plan, specification, submittal and shop drawing review, to provide assurance that all components of the building envelope work together as designed.

MTI can also be of assistance during the course of construction, providing initial design and inspection of mock-ups, conducting site inspections of in-place building envelope components, providing inspection reports, and testing of cladding and air/moisture barrier systems.

MTI specializes in waterproofing systems, so forensic investigations into the intrusion of moisture into structures is our specialty.  We can investigate moisture intrusion, diagnose the causes, develop corrective measures and oversee the remediation repairs.
